Biography

 PSD- Nigeria

Stuart served for nine years in the British Army as a frontline soldier in one of the most distinguished units. As a young nascent soldier initially appointed to a rifle company but progressed to specialize in close reconnaissance. Promoted as a non-commissioned officer (NCO) then selected to lead a brigade reconnaissance team, executing covert surveillance target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) missions. During this time has gained first-hand experience in many environments, conducting: counter-terrorism/insurgency, Sectarian public-order control, international force protection, and anti-smuggling operations, concluding his active career as an infantry instructor. Since leaving the army has studied a number of essential topics such as physical security management and criminology whilst gaining vast amounts of global experience in security services. He is always aiming to enhance his portfolio through professional development, experience and intelligence.

 
Appointments have required multi-tasking responsibilities but individually broken down as:

Consultancy and Management: Operational planning through consideration and evaluation to determination then implementation, whilst continually monitoring the course of action to improve procedures where necessary: - writing rotas, guidelines, scope of work, managing task delegation, delivering briefs or presentations and reports.

Intelligence: To gather, accurate information in order to assess and present the perceived situation through an intelligence management cycle with major emphasis on timely information in order to advance clients operational capability and pre-empt any impeding potentialities in Africa, Middle East and South Asia.

Close protection (PSD): By risk analysis, directed through prior planning and preparation to provide the physical safety of the principals well-being through proven techniques relevant to the situational environments across the world.

Maritime Security and Safety Consultant: Assist to Register, Report and Implement self-protection measure to prevent and deny any potential acts of crime for the safety of the crew, vessel and cargo across the Indian Ocean.

Training: Instruct, mentor and assess on specific skills or outdoor activities from PSD drills, weapon handling to survival, rope work and mountain expeditions in the UK and Africa.

Surveillance: The execution of physical surveillance through covert foot, mobile and static observation in the UK or abroad to provide live time trigger operations or target log reports.
